The Community Archives is open for research on the second floor of the Belleville Public Library building on Monday to Thursday, 11am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm.

To help ensure everyone's safety, the following arrangements are in place:

  • There is a limit of two researchers at a time in the reading room
  • Appointments are not required, but you can call or email to book your visit in advance
  • Face coverings must be worn in the Belleville Public Library and Community Archives 

The Community Archives is closed on statutory Ontario holidays (these are listed on our calendar).
